Regina Coley’s education career began long before she ever attended college. As the only child to an educator she found herself working with her peers and teaching lessons alongside her mother. That desire later led to a degree in Human Growth and Development from Howard University and stepping into the classroom teaching children in Washington, DC, Georgia, and Alabama. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northcentral University. Drawing on her experiences as an all girls school graduate she founded Leading Ladies of Legacy Inc which provides mentoring and leadership training programs for girls. Extending her heart for education The Legacy Academy for Girls became the next natural step in creating safe diverse and inclusive space for girls to learn and lead.
